HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

YOU CAN PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE 24/7.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ORDER BY?

- MONDAY ORDERS: CUT-OFF IS 11AM THE PRECEDING FRIDAY
- TUESDAY ORDERS: CUT-OFF IS 10AM MONDAY
- WEDNESDAY ORDERS: CUT-OFF IS 10AM TUESDAY
- THURSDAY ORDERS: CUT-OFF IS 10AM WEDNESDAY
- FRIDAY ORDERS: CUT-OFF IS 10AM THURSDAY


WILL YOU ACCEPT ORDERS AFTER THE CUT OFF TIME?

ACCEPTANCE OF LAST-MINUTE ORDERS BETWEEN 10AM AND 12PM IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. ORDERS SUBMITTED AFTER BUSINESS HOURS WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. PLEASE NOTE, LATE ORDERS (PAST 12PM) WILL INCUR A 10% LATE ORDER SURCHARGE AND MAY HAVE LIMITED MENU OPTIONS DUE TO AVAILABILITY. 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?

MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 7AM TO 4PM, WITH A DESIGNATED 45-MINUTE DELIVERY WINDOW. 


PLEASE NOTE – IF THERE IS NO ONE PRESENT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, THE ORDER WILL BE LEFT IN A SECURE SPOT AT THE LOCATION.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

A MINIMUM SPEND OF $150 IS REQUIRED, EXCLUSIVE OF DELIVERY FEES.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

YOU ARE ABLE TO SELECT PICK UP ON ORDERS WITH A MINIMUM SPEND OF $100. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO NOMINATE WHICH STORE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER FROM, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7AM TO 4PM.

OUR OFFICE OPERATES FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 7AM TO 3PM. 


THE ONLINE STORE IS OPEN 24/7, WITH ORDERS PROCESSED AND CONFIRMED DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

DO YOU CATER TO DIETARIES?

PEOPLE’S FOOD IS ABOUT CATERING TO ALL THE PEOPLE. WHEN IT COMES TO DIETARIES, WE DO OUR BEST TO CATER TO EVERY REQUEST. WHEN YOU ORDER, PLEASE SPECIFY ANY ALLERGIES OR DIETARIES IN THE ORDER NOTES, ALONG WITH A NAME IF POSSIBLE.  ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, WE WILL CONFIRM OUR ABILITY TO CATER TO EACH DIETARY REQUEST.

FOR THOSE WITH SPECIALISED DIETARIES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT MENU ITEMS MAY CONTAIN ALLERGENS OR BE PREPARED IN PROXIMITY TO COMMON ALLERGENS.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY MONDAY - FRIDAY (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) TO THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES: 3000, 3002, 3003, 3006, 3031, 3051, 3052, 3053, 3054, 3065, 3066, 3068, 3121, 3205, 3206, 3207. CHARGES FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THESE ZONES AND WEEKEND SURCHARGES WILL BE TRANSPARENTLY COMMUNICATED. 

HOW ACCURATE ARE DELIVERY TIMES?

WHEN SELECTING YOUR DELIVERY TIMES, IT’S IMPORTANT TO FACTOR IN A BUFFER IN CASE WE GET HELD UP. WE WOULD USUALLY RECOMMEND A 15 - 30-MINUTE BUFFER BEFORE YOU WANT TO SERVE THE FOOD. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS MAY BE DELIVERED UP TO 45 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR REQUESTED TIME AND UP TO15 MINUTES AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME. HOWEVER, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNFORESEEN DELAYS MAY OCCUR ON RARE OCCASIONS.Â
